Kowou Quam Alfred is from Avévé, a village in the prefecture of “Lacs” in the maritime region of Togo. Passionate about cooking since his childhood, he learned a lot from his baker mother. He began his training at the “Avenida” hotel school in Lomé where he obtained his BTS in hospitality and tourism (Diploma Advanced Technician).
